UV tape

■     Description

•      Excellent mechanical properties and long-term heat resistance.

•      Insoluble in all organic solvents and resistant to chemicals such as acids and alkalis.

•      Heat resistance masking for electronic components manufacturing process.

•     UV curable tape is suitable for mounting silicone wafers and other substrates to support glass 
carriers.

•     UV dicing tape has strong adhesion strength to secure wafers and glass during back grinding and
then has very low adhesion strength after UV irradiation for easier pick up from adherent.
